Straight Steering Columns

Standard straight steering column with sturdy welded tube and flange design. Columns have high thrust and side load capacity with low torsional friction from heavy duty bearing. Column length can be configured per customer specification.

• Customer specified length, 1.75” minimum for non-horn wire or 5.87” minimum for horn wire versions.
• Low friction bearing to carry axial and side loads with protective rubber boot
• Outer tube and brackets have flat black powder coat finish.
• Shafts are phosphate coated and oil dipped for corrosion protection.
• Also available with Console and/or Telescopic upper end.
• Standard Options:
  • BSM #1 Upper for 7/8” 36 tooth serrations and 13/16-20 UNEF thread
  • Flat Flange
  • BSM#1 Lower Shaft Extension of 0.25” from bottom of flange
